Yes. Individual Free costs $0 and includes one Personal Digital Profile, 1 GB of storage, basic insights, the Basic Universal Scanner, essential sharing methods, contact management, network tracking, Circle management, and other core features.

Monthly subscriptions are charged once each month. Annual subscriptions are charged once per year and include two months free compared with paying the monthly price for 12 months.

Annual billing provides approximately 16.7% savings:
  • Basic saves $5.98 per year
  • Plus saves $13.98 per year
  • Premium saves $19.98 per year

Eligible Profiles may use available MyPts to pay for supported subscriptions. The MyPts amount is calculated using the active checkout rate and may differ from previously displayed estimates.

No credit card is required to create an Individual Free account. A supported payment method or sufficient eligible MyPts is required when upgrading to a paid plan.

Yes. You can upgrade when you need additional storage, Profiles, customization, analytics, integrations, AI tools, complimentary products, or other paid features. Applicable charges and credits are shown before confirmation.

Yes. Downgrades normally take effect at the end of the current billing period. Before downgrading, you may need to reduce storage, Profiles, or other usage that exceeds the lower plan’s limits.

Yes. You can cancel recurring billing through your subscription settings. Your paid benefits generally remain available until the end of the current paid period unless the applicable terms state otherwise.

Subscription charges are subject to the MyProfile refund and cancellation policy. Refund eligibility may depend on the purchase method, billing period, usage, complimentary products, and applicable law.

Complimentary products are subject to the specific plan, eligibility, redemption limits, supported regions, shipping availability, and program terms. They should not be assumed to renew automatically with every billing period.

Your account and eligible data remain subject to the limits of the new plan. If your storage or Profile usage exceeds those limits, you may be asked to download, remove, archive, or reduce content before making additional changes.

Subscription prices generally exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges may apply to physical products, except when free shipping or another promotion is specifically included and the order qualifies.
